Me encantó la amabilidad del personal, así como la ubicación del hotel y la calidad de las habitaciones. El desayuno estaba muy completo y era delicioso. Un gran plus es que el gimnasio se encuentra abierto 24/7. Muy recomendable!

I enjoyed everything, the room was super clean and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel is very clean and organized. There is a free parking for hosts and that made it super nice for me.

Facilities and staff. Professional and positive, well qualified reception staff, and the breakfast staff also. Top marks to the team. A multilingual head of reception with international experience. Bravo. 2nd time here and feeling pampered. Marvelous people and marvelous place, we will be back.

Only the glass doors of the shower, weird construction, water drips onto the floor when you open them. Otherwise all ok.

Facilities, Staff, organization. Excellent Breakfast. Reception and Breakfast room staff top marks, well done! Absolutely recommend this Hotel, get a street view apartment on a higher floor. Top marks to the management and staff! Thank you.

The noise from the building site next door. The smell of ciment in the room on the 11th floor. I had asked for a higher floor for better air. They would have gotten a 10 but for this. The Bar and Restaurant should be functioning normally soon, would have been nice. And there should be 2 chairs in the apartment as its difficult to eat in as a couple... ifood. All in all ok.

The breakfast was good. And the staff very kind. Fruits and Juices exceptional. There was even jello with no sugar for diabetes.

Cleaning! I was there three days and they didn't clear the floor once! Also the bathroom!!! I couldn't believe. This is not usual in the Northeast.

Make sure that the room you’re booking is complete and clean

The location was good based on our needs Just 5 minutes walking to the Park do Povo ( festa junina )

We booked a room for 2 night but the staff accommodated us in a room suitable for people with special needs (wheelchairs ). The room wasn’t finished like there was no sink, no wardrobe to leave my belongs and small luggage’s. The mirror wasn’t clean with lots of fingers prints, we are sleeping and suddenly we heard the couple on the room beside us having sex because that room had a connection door between both room. There was no hairdryer and I went to the reception to air the staff about any possibility to get one, he said to wait in the room because he’ll bring one . After 3 hours sainting we decided to go out and I said that we didn’t want it anymore. We paid a great value for an accommodation that doesn’t worth half of that. When I was doing the check out I said it to the staff and she just said that she will write the complaint.

Emplacement près du Parc do povo (pour la São João). Parking.

Très cher (les prix ont grimpé pour la São João). Chambre petite et peu de place de rangement. Beaucoup de petits problèmes (coffre sans batteries , remplacées après 24h; entretien de la chambre oublié 1x; petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité (pão de queijo horribles); attente pour ascenseurs).
